That’s why we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience from our warehouse to your doorstep.

1. Processing Time: Getting Your Order Ready
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. During peak holiday season (November and December), we work tirelessly to maintain this speed, but please note that high order volumes may occasionally cause a slight delay. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We are proud to ship to all 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
We partner with trusted and reliable carriers, primarily FedEx and UPS, to ensure your tree arrives safely. The specific carrier and service level will be chosen based on your location, the size of your tree, and the most efficient delivery route.

3. Shipping Timeframes & Costs
Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard shipping times typically range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these timeframes are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed by ourhomegoals.com, especially during the busy holiday season when carriers may experience delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your Pre-Lit Christmas Tree and your delivery address. We strive to keep our shipping costs as competitive as possible while ensuring your product is handled with care.

4. Expedited Shipping Options
Need your tree a little faster? We offer expedited shipping options (such as 2-Day or 3-Day Air) at an additional cost. These options will be displayed and calculated at checkout if they are available for your specific order and location. Please place your expedited order by 12 PM PST for same-day processing.

5. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. We encourage you to use this tool to follow your tree’s journey to your home. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to receive these important updates.

6. Delivery: What to Expect
Your Pre-Lit Christmas Tree will be delivered in a large, corrugated cardboard box. It is important to inspect the exterior of the box for any signs of significant damage before the delivery driver leaves. If the box is severely crushed or torn, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Please note the package’s condition on the driver’s receipt. If you accept the delivery, we recommend opening the box and inspecting the contents within 24 hours.

7. Important Notes

  • Business Days: Please remember that our processing and shipping times are based on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address during checkout. ourhomegoals.com is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-routing or re-shipping a misdelivered package will incur additional shipping fees.
  • Holiday Deadlines: To ensure your tree arrives before Christmas, we strongly recommend placing your order by December 10th for standard shipping. However, this is not a guarantee. For absolute peace of mind, choose an expedited shipping method.
  • Carrier Delays: While we do everything in our power to get your order to you on time, we cannot control extreme weather events, logistical backlogs, or other unforeseen delays once the package is with the carrier.
