We take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Pre-Lit Christmas Trees and stand behind every product we sell. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Return Policy outlines the guidelines for returning a product to us.

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Pre-Lit Christmas Tree for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means:

  • The tree must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All original parts, boxes, manuals, and tags must be included.
  • The product must be carefully repackaged in the original manufacturer’s box to prevent damage during return shipping.

Please inspect your tree immediately upon delivery. We cannot accept returns for trees that have been assembled, used, decorated, altered, or damaged due to misuse.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any tree that has been assembled, used, or is not in its original condition. This is a firm policy to ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers.

4. Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day window with your order number and reason for return. We will respond promptly with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number clearly written on the outside of the return package.

5. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
We thoroughly inspect all trees before shipment. However, if your tree arrives with visible damage to the box or you discover a manufacturing defect (e.g., a section of pre-strung lights is non-functional), please contact us immediately

We will work with you to resolve the issue swiftly, which may include sending replacement parts or arranging a replacement or return at our expense. Please do not return the damaged product without first contacting us for instructions.

7. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

8. Exchanges (If Applicable)
We are happy to exchange your tree for a different model, subject to availability. Please contact us to check stock. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.

9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after we’ve approved it, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us

10. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for store credit.
